Type: Not designated (New Guinea).
Leaves lanceolate, emarginate. Flowers usually solitary. Petals much narrower than the dorsal sepal. Mentum long, clavate, somewhat incurved. Lip with rounded lateral lobes and patent, obcordate-bilobulate midlobe.

Habitat: Not known, probably in the lowlands.

Distribution: New Guinea (endemic).

Notes: Cadetia biloba is only known from the exceedingly poor description, from which a positive identification cannot be made. It seems to be similar to Cadetia quinquecostata.
