Very small, tufted, short-stemmed. Leaves coriaceous, lanceolate, spathulate, obtuse, keeled, 10 by 0.7 cm. Inflorescences arising from the axils of the lower sheaths, c. 5 cm long, slender, with a few distant dilated peduncle-scales, laxly flowered. Flowers minute. Floral bract lanceolate, acuminate, membranous, c. 0.2 cm long, as long as the pedicellate ovary. Sepals ovate-triangular; lateral sepals very broad. Petals shorter and narrower. Lip small, hardly equalling the petals, concave, cuneate, obtuse. (After Ridley, 1886)
