Stems terete, 4.8 cm long, 0.15 cm thick. Leaf subulate, acute, weakly grooved above, 2.5 by 0.14 cm. Inflorescences fascicled. Flowers 0.33 cm long. Sepals and of petals almost parallel. Median sepal oblong, obtuse, concave, 3-nerved, 0.24 cm long, 0.1 cm wide. Lateral sepals at the base obliquely dilated, deeply saccate-connate, obliquely oblong-triangular, obtuse, concave, slightly over 0.2 cm long, in total 0.3 cm long, slightly over 0.1 cm wide; mentum short, pointing backwards, subglobose, dorsally somewhat compressed, retuse, very sparsely pubescent, to the apex of the ovary 0.06-0.1 cm long. Petals subobliquely lanceolate, acute, concave, 1-nerved, 0.23 cm long, 0.07 cm wide. Lip concave, at the apex recurved, clawed, inside in the basal part with two puberulous keels, finely ciliate except on the claw, when flattened in outline narrowly elliptic, triangular-acuminate, subacute, at the apex somewhat thickened, 3-nerved, 0.3 by 0.13 cm. Column short, bipartite, 0.07 cm long, arms divergent, subelliptic, rounded, outside convex. Anther cucullate, in front weakly 3-lobed, broadly obtuse. Pollinia 8, pear-shaped. Column-foot very short, pointing backwards, scarcely 0.05 cm long. Ovary curved, pubescent, 0.16 cm long. (After Smith, 1915).

Habitat: Epiphyte in lowland forest. Altitude 400 m.
