Epiphyte, erect or spreading, to 30 cm long. Rhizome stem-like, slightly flexuose, covered with sheaths. Roots filiform, glabrous. Pseudobulbs 1.5-2 cm apart, cylindrical, subparallel to the rhizome, 0.7-1 by 0.25-0.35 cm. Leaf elliptic or elliptic-ligulate, apiculate, 6-12 by 1.3-2.5 cm in the middle; base petioliform-narrowed. Inflorescences 1-flowered, short, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts very small, distinctly shorter than the ovary. Sepals ovate-lanceolate, acute, glabrous, 0.8 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals obliquely oblong, obtuse, 0.2 cm long; at the base along the front margin somewhat dilated. Lip oblong, obtuse, 0.35 cm long; base slightly emarginate, with 2 auricles; underneath except the very base very minutely papillose. Column short; stelidia subulate, hardly reaching the middle of the lip; column-foot somewhat incurved. Anther quadrangular-cucullate, glabrous. Pedicel and ovary short, glabrous, 0.5 cm long.
