Epiphyte, very small, erect, 6-8 cm high. Rhizome stem-like. Roots basal, filiform, glabrous. Pseudobulbs subparallel to the rhizome, cylindrical, 0.3-0.4 by 0.15 cm; 1-leaved. Leaf subulate, somewhat fleshy, 2-3 by 0.1 cm. Inflorescences 1-flowered, very short, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts very small, clasping the equally long ovary. Flower decurved. Sepals lanceolate, acuminate, glabrous, 0.4 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals obliquely oblong, minutely and obtuse apiculate, glabrous, 0.13 cm long. Lip somewhat fleshy, ovate, obtuse; base retuse, glabrous, hardly 0.15 cm long. Column very short; stelidia very short falcate-triangular; column-foot rather long, apex somewhat incurved. Anther cucullate, glabrous. Ovary sessile, cylindrical, glabrous, 0.15 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1913)

Habitat: Epiphyte in montane forest; 2300 m.
