Epiphytic, creeping, small, slender, 13-22 cm high; rhizome elongated, rooting. Pseudobulbs 1-1.5 cm apart, depressed-ovoid, 0.3-0.4 cm high, 1-leaved, small. Leaf erect, linear or linear-ligulate, 4-11 by 0.4-0.7 cm, subobtuse or subacute, gradually somewhat narrowed towards the base, articulated above the base. Inflorescences slender, erect, 20 cm long, rather densely many-flowered, elongated, usually distinctly surpassing the leaves, peduncle with a few peduncle-scales; rachis to 6 cm long. Floral bracts erect-patent, lanceolate, acuminate, usually a little shorter than the flowers. Flowers glabrous. Sepals ovate, 0.13 cm long, obtuse; mentum semi-oblong, 0.15 cm long, obtuse. Petals obliquely ovate, subobtuse, a little shorter than the sepals. Lip 0.13 cm long, with an oblong, at its base subsaccate-concave claw; in apical half dilated into a reniform, apiculate, 0.12 cm wide blade. Column short, rather thick; rostellum bifid, medium-sized; clinandrium a little longer; column-foot rather long; stigma transversely oblong. Ovary pedicellate, clavate, 0.25 cm long, glabrous. Colours: Flower pure white.

Habitat: Epiphyte in lower montane forest; 850 m.

Flowering time in the wild: September, October.

Distribution: Malesia (New Guinea).
