Epiphyte, 11-13 cm high. Rhizome short. Roots filiform, flexuose, glabrous. Pseudobulbs narrowly conical, 0.6-0.9 by 0.2-0.3 cm below the middle; 1-leaved. Leaf erect, ligulate, minutely apiculate, glabrous, 8-11 by 0.7-1.2 cm in the middle; base narrowed into a petiole. Inflorescence 1-flowered, short, 1-1.5 cm long, with a few small peduncle-scales. Floral bracts very small, many times shorter than ovary and pedicel. Flower erect. Median sepal lanceolate, subacute, 0.8 cm long; margins papillose-finely ciliate. Lateral sepals obliquely oblong, obtuse, glabrous, 1.1 cm long. Petals subfalcate-oblique, oblong-ligulate, subobtuse, 0.25 cm long; apical half papillose-puberulous. Lip curved, somewhat fleshy, quadrangular, cuspidate-acuminate, only slightly longer than the petals, almost as long as the column; base concave. Column medium-sized; stelidia linear, obtuse; column-foot incurved. Ovary and the long pedicel glabrous, 2.5 cm long. (After Schlechter, 1913)
