Small, up to 15 cm high, epiphytic herb. Rhizome creeping, branched (?). Pseudobulbs glabrous, slightly apart, subparallel to rhizome with the apical part curving outwards, narrowly ovoid-cylindric, 10-16 by 1.5-3.5 mm, at base with several glabrous bracts, broadly ovate, 10-12(-35) mm long, acute, nerved. Leaves erect, coriaceous, glabrous, elliptic-spathulate, 2.7-3.5 by 0.6-1 cm, acute, midrib grooved above, prominent below, lateral nerves 5 on either side of midrib, prominulous above, prominent below, margin slightly revolute, papillate in apical part. Inflorescence solitary. Peduncle glabrous, 12-15 cm long, at base with a tubular;, 6-18 mm long bract, obliquely truncate, acutish, glabrous, With a shorter one above the middle. Floral bract 3-12 mm long. Pedicel glabrous, 6.5-7 mm long. Ovary glabrous, claviform-conoid, 4.5-5 mm long, 6-grooved. Median sepal glabrous but margin scattered fimbriate, lanceolate, 15.5-16 by 4.5-5 mm, acute, 3-nerved, nerves prominent on outside along entire length. Lateral sepals obliquely lanceolate, 15-15.5 by 5.5-6 mm, 5-nerved, otherwise similar to median sepal. Lateral petals glabrous, sigmoid, 5-6 by 2.5-3 mm, obtusely acuminate, unequally winged, 1-nerved. Lip glabrous, incompletely known, elliptic in outline, 10 by 4 mm, epichilium not seen, mesochilium obovoid, 5-nerved, midrib stoutly crested on inside, hypochilium at tip with 2 lateral, falcate, oblong, 1.5 mm long, obtuse appendages, between these with an elongate, medially grooved appendage, base of hypochilium 3-lobed. Column short, and slender, 1.7-2.2 mm long, clinandrium crenulate. Stelidia subulate, crossing each other in front of anther. Anther cucullate, 1.2 by 0.7 by 0.4 mm, apiculate, cordate at base, glabrous. Pollinia not seen. Column-foot short, curved forward, humped at tip, crested on inside. Capsule not seen.
