Epiphytic, small, leafless; roots flattened, flexuose, to 10 cm long, 0.18-0.25 cm wide. Inflorescences flexuose, laxly flowered, including the hair-like peduncle 1-3 cm long. Floral bracts minute, ovate, much shorter than the ovary. Flowers very small, glabrous. Sepals narrowly oblong, obtuse, outside keeled, about 0.2 cm long. Lateral sepals oblique. Petals very similar to the lateral sepals but a little smaller. Lip orbicular, minutely apiculate, as long as the petals; spur very short, semiglobose. Column very short; rostellum triangular, bifid. Anther rounded-cucullate, at the apex slightly notched; pollinia obliquely obovoid; stipe slender, somewhat dilated towards the apex; viscidium oblong minute. Colours: Flowers light greenish yellow.
Habitat: Epiphyte in lower montane forest; 800 m.
Flowering time in the wild: September.
