Stems elongated, pendulous, laterally compressed, flexuose, part examined 34 cm long, internodes 1.1-1.5 cm long. Leaves patent, narrowly ovate-lanceolate, 2.8-3.2 by 0.67 cm, gradually narrowed towards the apex. strongly obliquely narrowly obtuse, at the base shortly narrowed, conduplicate and half-twisted, above longitudinally grooved, when dried black-punctate, carnose; sheaths tubular, compressed, ancipitous, at the apex truncate, when dried prominently veined, rather finely warty, black-punctate, as long as the internodes. Inflorescences capitate, few-flowered. Outer spathe concave, 1.15 cm long. Floral bracts rather large, subovate, at the apex narrowed, obtuse, strongly concave, 3-nerved, almost 0.9 cm long. Flowers very small. Median sepal ovate-oblong, obtuse, dorsally shortly obtusely apiculate, 3-nerved, 0.5 by 0.25 cm. Lateral sepals shortly adnate to the base of the median sepal, decurrent on the column-foot, beyond the apex of the column-foot free from the lip but subsaccate-connate, obliquely ovate-triangular, slightly falcate, at the apex conduplicate-acuminate, obtuse, 4-nerved, 0.55 cm long, in front 0.84 cm long, the whole synsepal at the base 0.6 cm wide. Petals oblong-elliptic, subobovate, obtuse, 3-nerved, 0.45 cm long, 0.26 cm wide. Lip at the base shortly adnate to the column, in total when flattened 0.5 cm long; blade recurved, triangular, obtusely angled obtuse, at the base thickened in a cross-ridge, 5-nerved, 0.16 cm by 0.28 cm; spur large, oblong, back wall for c. 2/3 of the basal part consisting of column-foot, at the apex free, obtuse, 0.33 cm long. Column short, 0.18 cm long, at the base adnate to the lip, at the apex broadly obtuse, auricles obtuse. Rostellum large, retuse. Stigma with the lower margin strongly elongated, concave. Habitat: Epiphyte in upper montane forest. Altitude 3000 m.
Flowering time in the wild: February.
