Roots 0.17 cm diameters, rather thick, densely pubescent, not branching. Rhizome creeping, 0.3 cm diameters, internodes 3. Pseudobulbs 0.5 cm apart, 1.1 by 0.32 cm, very narrowly ovoid, internodes 2, 0.5-1.2 cm long; 2-3-leaved. Sheath one. Leaves petiolate; sheath 0.9 cm long, petiole 2.1 cm long, channelled, blade 14.3 by 2.3 cm (index 6), lanceolate, glabrous, with 5 prominent veins, base cuneate, apex acuminate. Inflorescences 1-2 laterally from base of pseudobulb, 26.8 cm long, laxly 8-18-flowered; peduncle 12.5 (17.5-27) by 0.12-0.2 cm, sparsely pubescent, internodes 4, 4.5-5 cm long; peduncle scales 1.4-4.5 cm long, tubular, sparsely pubescent, with 7-8 prominent veins; rachis 13.2 by 0.1 cm, densely pubescent, internodes 10-20, 0.7-4.5 cm long; Bracts 1.1-1.2 by 0.27-0.33 cm, triangular, moderately falcate, densely pubescent, apex acuminate; sterile bracts 0 to 2. Median sepal 0.8-1.25 by 0.23-0.4 cm, lanceolate, strongly concave, sparsely pubescent, with thick in texture at apex, 3 distinct veins, apex acute-acuminate. Lateral sepals 0.8-1.3 by 0.3-0.44 cm, lanceolate, concave, slightly falcate, densely pubescent, with 7 distinct veins, base broadly cuneate, with short spur, apex acuminate. Petals 0.62-1 by 0.18-0.26 cm, linear-lanceolate, slightly falcate, glabrous, thick-textured, margin thin, with 3 indistinct veins, base broadly cuneate, apex acute-acuminate. Lip 0.65-0.8 by 0.38-0.57 cm, adnate to column with basal lamellae, subquadrangular, with 7-8 distinct veins, at base with a small sac formed by column-foot and lip base 0.11-0.14 cm long; blade with two flat, thin, obtriangular basal lamellae, with a longitudinal median groove on the adaxial side, lateral margins thin, crenulate from base to just below apex, apex rounded-truncate, in the middle with a 0.18 cm long, triangular, acuminate acumen, glabrous. Column 0.28-0.47 by 0.18-0.26 cm, clavate, with wing-like lateral margins, sparsely dorsally pubescent. Anther 0.12-0.15 by 0.1 cm, ovate in outline, apical margin minutely erose, apex obtuse, glabrous, with a longitudinal keel. Stigma obovate, rostellum elliptic. Pollinia 0.04 by 0.04-0.06 cm, almost orbicular in lateral view. Pedicel with ovary 1.1-1.7 by 0.06-0.11 cm, clavate, densely pubescent. Fruits 3.3 by 0.62 cm, almost cylindrical, seeds 0.1 cm long. Colours: Sepals and petals yellow-green, densely marked with red brown stripes, lip whitish.
Habitat: Terrestrial in lowland forest; 200 m.
